This is a pretty quick and easy activity, and particularly suited for young students. It’s also a great way to use up small stickers. 🙂
Write on the front of your pages like in the picture to the left (adjust for the appropriate dynamic).
Either print and adhere the instructions to the back or hand write the directions on the back (there’s a piano version and a forte version).
Attach the sticker sheets to the page with a paperclip. The images off of return address labels are a good size for this. Explain the instructions to your student.
Like I said (errrrrr….typed) above, this is a great activity for really young students.
Some benefits:
- fine motor skill development
- practice following directions
- vocabulary building
- application of musical terms (speaking in piano or forte voice)
What is an activity that you find particularly good for young students?
-Barbara
