I’ve seen some piano plant pots around, I saw Sugru on sale at JoAnn’s, and along came this project!

Wanna make your own? Read the instructions below & watch the video here to see how I made it!
Supplies
- Plant Pot (I used a small one)
- White Sugru (I think I used all 3 small packets in the package)
- Black Sugru (I think I used 1 small packet from the larger package)
- Gold paint (I believe I used a Jacquard Lumiere)
- Old gift card (or something to use for making the lines)
Instructions
- Cover the pot in white Sugru.
- Before it dries, make vertical lines using an old gift card or something around the pot. These should mimic the space between white keys.
- Add black “keys” where they would be on a piano. If you have extra white keys, just make a design there.
- Allow the Sugru to dry.
- Add some of your gold paint & smear it (technical term there…haha) around and into the cracks.
Add a faux plant (see the video on The Fisch Life IGTV channel for the DIY) & you’re set!
If you make this piano plant pot, I’d love to see pictures on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, & let me know about it in the comments below!
