Official Rules/How To Enter
1 winner will receive a PDF of the Fischarper Halloween Packet (approximately $0.99 value). Prize is non-transferable.
Giveaway is limited to US residents 18 and over. Immediate family members of Fischarper, LLC’s founding and managing member are ineligible.
The giveaway can be entered via fischarper.com/list. To enter, sign up for the Fischarper email list. As an alternative method of entry, send a postcard with your email address (must be postmarked by October 13, 2017) to:

One entry per person. The winner will be chosen randomly from the list of email subscribers and any alternate entries (such as pulling a name out of a hat or assigning a number and using a program like random.org).
Within 8 days of the end of the giveaway the winner will be informed via email. Notified winner will have 72 from this notification to accept the
prize with a response email. Failure to respond to this notification within 72 hours will be considered a rejection of the prize. A list of winners can be obtained 14 days after the end of the giveaway by emailing barbara@fischarper.com.
The prize will be delivered via email.
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. The number
of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. This
